04.14.2024 – Sunday Announcements

  1. Please stay to enjoy our monthly luncheon after Sunday school today.
  2. ECBC 30th Anniversary Celebration Series: Youth Fellowship Introduction
  3. Brothers and sisters who can help with the summer Bible school please take a lunch plate in the cafeteria after today’s Sunday school and go to Rm 123 for the VBS planning meeting (12:30-1:30p).
  4. Youth Summer Mission Project (7/5-13) applications are now available. If you are a baptized Christian and would like to join the mission to help churches on Native American reservations in Arizona, please pick up an application from Brother Ting or Sister Yaoli. Application deadline: 5/5 (Sunday).
  5. We have a high-end flowerpot charity sale at the entrance of the church, interested parties are welcome to go and buy. All the proceeds will be donated to the church. Please make checks payable to: ECBC and memo Flowerpot Sale.

  1. Please stay to attend our monthly prayer meeting from 12:30-1:00 pm following Sunday’s school today.
  2. ALL volunteers in the children’s ministry, please attend the meeting today (1:00-2:00pm) in Room 123. Pizza and childcare will be provided.

02.18.2024 – Sunday Announcements

  1. 【Deacons and Fellowship Leaders Meeting】2/24, 8:30-10:30 AM in the Conference Room (103). The main goal is to connect deacons with every fellowship. Please try to attend the onsite meeting although the Zoom meeting is available for those who really can’t make it.
  2. ALL volunteers in children’s ministry, please attend the meeting on 2/25 (1:00-2:00pm) in Room 123. Pizza and childcare will be provided.

02.4.2024 – Sunday Announcements

  1. Praise the Lord! Pastor Chou almost unanimously passed last Sunday’s congregational vote, with 131 Yes and 2 No. Therefore, Pastor Chou became a full-time assistant pastor as of Feb 1st, 2024.
  2. The February Coworkers Council Meeting will be held this Saturday (2/10) at 8:30 a.m. in Conference Room 103, and all VRs are invited to attend it.
  3. We will have our monthly luncheon and also the Chinese New Year gathering next Sunday (2/11)
  4. 2024 IMB Missions College】Time: 4/2-5 ;Location: Richmond VA
    Hands-On Training By IMB Missionaries. ECBC Missions Committee will fully support brothers and sisters to attend. Please register with Eric Li by 2/11/2024.

01.21.2024 – Sunday Announcements

  1. Please stay to enjoy our monthly luncheon after Sunday school today.
  2. Based on Pastor Tan’s suggestion and discussions in January’s Coworkers Council Meeting, the Personnel proposed to adjust Pastor Chien-Wen Chou’s duty from serving 25 hours per week to a full-time assistant pastor starting from February 1, 2024. The proposal will be presented to a congregational vote next Sunday (1/28). There is a Q&A session today 1:00 -1:30 p.m. in Room 101.
  3. ECBC 30th Anniversary Logo Design Competition: Theme: Pressing Forward; Deadline Extended to Jan 27th, 2024. Submit your entry to 30years@ecbckc.org.
