  • Lottie Moon Christmas Missions Offering : Our church’s goal: $12K. We’ve received $2,965. For cash offering, please use the special envelope; for checks, please write to ECBC and Memo “Lottie Moon”. Please pray earnestly and give generously to reach our goal to greatly support the overseas.
  • The 2025 budget has been posted on the bulletin boards. There will be a Q&A session today at 1:00 p.m. in Room 101. We’ll present it for a congregational vote on 12/15.
  • December Coworkers Meeting will be held this coming Saturday 12/14 @8:30 am.

Online Offering Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to give offerings online at https://ecbckc.breezechms.com/give/online? Is my bank information exposed on the web? 

ECBC web uses Breeze to support the online offering. Breeze is a subscription-based software purposely built for church management. It is used by over 100,000 churches, according to Breeze publications. It deploys security technologies to protect your privacy and your sensitive information. Your bank information is not exposed on the web. ECBC team has vetted the Breeze software and feels comfortable using their service. 

 

I used ECBC web for a one-time offering previously, can I set up re-occurring offering, like once every month? 

ECBC’s online offering supports one-time giving at this point. To set up re-occurring giving, please contact our office manager Eric Li at Eric.Li@ecbckc.org, or stop by the office. Brother Eric would be happy to create an account for you, then you could set up re-occurring offerings to your liking. 

 

I would like to use my credit card for online offerings, how do I do that? 

ECBC does not support credit card offering to save processing costs for the church. The Breeze platform will charge 2.9% + a $0.30 processing fee for each credit card offer. Based on our church record, these expenses would fall on the church as most members choose not to pay for the processing fees.
